Sky Ads Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage financial reporting, GL, tax compliance, budgeting, and cash-flow monitoring in the Philippines.

The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while coordinating with auditors, banks, and external parties. A CPA and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field are essential, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under deadlines with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, schedules, accounting records, and supporting documents.
• Monitor daily accounting transactions, journal entries, general ledger activity, and financial records.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and adjusting entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Monitor budgets, company expenses, cash flow, and financial planning requirements.
• Ensure proper recording of payroll-related accounting entries and coordinate with HR when needed.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine tax requirements, government regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, government agencies, vendors, and other external parties when required.
• Review accounting documents for accuracy, completeness, authorization, and proper supporting records.
• Help maintain proper internal controls and financial procedures.
