Job summary

IFF is seeking a Corporate Treasurer based in Manila, Philippines, in a hybrid role. You will manage treasury and financial reporting, ensure US GAAP compliance, and support statutory reporting while coordinating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, treasury, or corporate finance.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, local accounting standards, statutory reporting, taxation and financial controls.
• Knowledge of Philippine corporate, tax, and SEC regulations.
• Proficiency in financial planning, cash management, and treasury operations.
• Strong understanding of SOX, internal controls, compliance and risk management frameworks.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Corporate Treasurer of the Company in the Philippines per corporate laws and SEC regulations.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing per US GAAP and Philippine requirements.
• Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and account analyses for accurate reporting.
• Analyze financial results and provide variance analysis for management review.
• Support statutory financial statements, management reports, and reporting packages.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
• Collaborate with Global Business Services and cross-functional teams for consistent processes.
• Assist with audits and respond to audit inquiries.
• Support tax compliance activities and maintain supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and company policies.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement.
