iSupport Worldwide in Manila is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, month-end close, and reconciliations across partner brands. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong US GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP systems. You will help with budgeting, audits, and process improvements while maintaining high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and close-process experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and schedules.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze results and explain variances.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.
• Collaborate with AP, AR, payroll, and operations teams.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while partnering with cross-functional teams.

What Is Your Mission?

You will provide exceptional service to our partner brands by:

• Managing month-end and year-end close activities
• Preparing and reviewing journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Maintaining the integrity of the general ledger and supporting schedules
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Analyzing financial results and providing variance explanations
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assisting with audit preparation and external audit requirements
• Ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Reviewing accounting transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Partnering with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Operations teams
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and internal control enhancements
• Performing ad hoc financial analysis and special projects

Who Are We Looking For?Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles
• Experience managing month-end close processes
• Experience preparing financial statements and performing balance sheet reconciliations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
  • Pivot Tables
  • XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP
  • Financial reporting and analysis
• Experience using ERP or accounting systems such as:

  • Microsoft Dynamics

Flexible Requirements

• CPA license
