Eastvantage is seeking a skilled Account Manager/Sr. Business Operations Specialist to enhance operational efficiency and drive performance across departments.

You will lead a team, manage client relationships, and use data-driven decision making to deliver service excellence. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities within existing partnerships, designing scalable processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operations with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management required.
• 5+ years’ experience in operations management with people, client management and data analysis.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high performance in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of operations staff, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance (financials, productivity, quality, and efficiency) to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness, while supporting revenue growth.
• Oversee the design and continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and systems to ensure operational stability and scalability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational, client, and people-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports, insights, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain strong awareness of market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to inform operational and strategic decisions.
• Drive organic growth across assigned accounts by identifying expansion opportunities, improving service adoption, strengthening client engagement, and supporting upsell/value-add initiatives through operational excellence.
