Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced HR Manager, HR Business Partnering & Operations to lead end-to-end HR delivery across our global delivery operations.

This role drives organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and scalable people strategy within a fast-paced BPO environment. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with operations and corporate stakeholders to align people initiatives with business priorities while ensuring compliant, employee-centric HR practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in leadership.
• Strong experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations.
• Experience supporting large-scale operations within BPO/Shared Services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR advisor to business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Translate business priorities into actionable people initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, lifecycle management, and data governance.
• Oversee payroll inputs, benefits, and HR shared services.
• Develop and execute employee engagement, culture, and DEIB initiatives.
• Lead HR team development, performance standards, and governance.
• Manage employee relations matters with consistency and legal compliance.
