Job summary

Faithworks Human Resource Management Service seeks a Senior Account Manager to own a portfolio of client relationships and drive revenue growth. This client-facing role identifies upsell opportunities, negotiates renewals, and ensures campaigns meet objectives.

You will coordinate with teams in the Philippines and Thailand to deliver on time, within budget, and at high quality. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing, 5+ years in digital marketing or an advertising

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• 5+ years in digital marketing or advertising agency with revenue responsibility.
• Proven experience as Senior Account Manager or similar client-facing role.
• Strong negotiation/closing skills to grow account value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and growth targets for portfolio
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, and scope changes
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Maintain updated pipeline in CRM
• Serve as primary contact for all client accounts
• Build long-term client relationships, trusted-advisor status
• Communicate progress to internal/external stakeholders
• Resolve complex client requests
• Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of campaigns
