Job summary

CraftShack PH is seeking a Sr. Account Executive to supervise day-to-day activities of Account Executives and coordinate with clients, creatives, and suppliers.

You will manage existing accounts, assist in budgeting and contracts, and maintain strong relationships to identify growth opportunities. Excellent English and Filipino communication are required, with a detail-oriented, multitasking mindset for a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of solid AE or Sr. AE experience in the same or similar industry.
• Ability to communicate, present, negotiate, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented and organized with good prioritization and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Filipino communication.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management with clients, suppliers, and peers.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, MS Teams, and online meeting tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities with assigned Account Executives.
• Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Assist in creating cost estimates, negotiating contracts, and managing budgets.
• Maintain close communication with clients to meet needs and specifications.
• Serve as the link between client, creatives, implementation, and suppliers.
• Generate leads through multiple channels to identify new business.
• Present ideas and campaigns to clients and assist in development.
• Brief creative teams and ensure campaigns align with client goals.
• Create quick sheets, job orders, and reports to track progress and budgets.
• Address complaints, resolve issues, and mitigate delays.
