OLIVER is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Manila to lead day-to-day studio operations, liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-brief delivery of high-quality digital projects. You will lead project delivery from ideation to execution across multiple brands, supporting growth by delivering on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

You will collaborate with the Account Director and Business Director to ensure client satisfaction and explore up-selling

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience from outside of the studio.
• 3+ years of account management exposure is implied by the role.
• Experience managing multiple teams and skill sets.
• Evidence of business growth and client re-signing.
• Strong communication with junior to senior levels in the business.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Driven, proactive, and collaborative team player.
• Financial rigor and business acumen.
• Extremely thorough and accurate work.
