Job summary

OLIVER is seeking a seasoned Delivery Director to elevate APAC delivery capabilities from Manila. The role focuses on translating client strategy into scalable delivery models, driving account transformation, and embedding GenAI-enabled workflows to improve speed, quality, and knowledge reuse across markets and time zones.

As a senior leader, you will oversee a regional hub, partner with client leadership and strategy teams, and ensure delivery excellence in high‑volume and complex programs

Qualifications

• 15+ years in delivery/operations leadership roles.
• 10+ years in agency environments or multi-market settings.
• Proven track record operationalising strategy into scalable delivery systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate client strategy into operating models and execution systems.
• Lead account transformation, tools, governance, and talent models.
• Embed GenAI-enabled delivery for speed, quality, and knowledge reuse.
• Lead a shared services hub to improve scalability and capacity access across accounts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design compelling solutions for pitches and renewals.
• Ensure work is delivered on brief, on time, and with expected quality.
