Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. in Cebu seeks a Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, inventory control, and dispatch operations for semiconductor materials.

You will perform receiving transactions in the WMS, verify lots and expiration dates, and ensure accurate packing and shipment documentation. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic knowledge of WMS and RF scanners, and willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or semiconductor ops is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory mgmt, and material handling.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning devices preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Willing to lift heavy items.
• Willing to work in Fatima Road, Jubay Liloan Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, components, and finished goods and verify quantities against delivery documents and system records.
• Inspect inbound shipments for damages, shortages, incorrect items, and packaging defects.
• Accurately perform receiving transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage of materials according to customer and operational requirements.
• Report discrepancies and non-conforming materials promptly to the Supervisor.
