Job summary

DH L Supply Chain in the Philippines seeks warehouse operative staff to handle receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch at the San Rafael Davao Regional Distribution Center. You will verify deliveries, operate WMS/RF scanners, and ensure accurate inventory and timely shipments.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and 1 year in warehousing or related fields, be able to lift heavy items, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. On-site work only.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, or inventory operations preferred.
• Willing to do heavy lifting.
• Willing to be on-site at San Rafael Davao Regional Distribution Center.
• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move products.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantity and condition against supporting documents.
• Perform unloading, sorting, and initial inspection of products.
• Ensure accurate system transactions for received goods using WMS or RF scanners.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Pick customer orders accurately according to pick lists or system instructions.
• Ensure proper handling, packing, labeling, and staging of goods for shipment.
• Verify shipment documentation before dispatch and ensure timely dispatch to meet schedules.
