Job summary

DKSH Group in Cabuyao, Philippines, is seeking an Assistant Warehousing to help manage inbound, outbound, and inventory control in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will ensure accurate receiving, storage, and order fulfillment according to safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 6 months of warehousing experience, familiarity with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems, and a readiness to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ work experience in Warehousing / Logistics / Supply Chain.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Knowledge in SAP and WMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient handling of all incoming/outgoing/redressing of goods following DKSH HEC Safety and Quality Standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory, assist in investigation of variances and implement actions to eliminate discrepancies.
• Inbound Processing: verify items received, count, and transfer to proper locations; ensure documentation matches deliveries.
• Outbound/Dispatch: ensure items dispatched are verified, counted, and properly loaded with correct palletizing and no damages; perform scanning at picking and dispatch.
• Transportation: plan, monitor deliveries, book transport, and coordinate with Customer Care for status; resolve delivery issues and track KPIs.
• Inventory: conduct cycle counts, reconcile variances, and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance; report incidents.
• Material Handling: ensure correct picking, replenishment, and put-away; perform MHE checks and maintain clean work areas.
• Secondary Repackaging Activity: execute SRA activity per plan; ensure gowning, line clearance, and documentation.
• General: maintain good housekeeping and willingness to work holidays/extended hours as needed.
