Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Pasig to support Receiving Operations, Checking & Inventory Control, Dispatch Operations, and Quality/Safety practices.

You will verify quantities, inspect shipments, and record transactions in the Warehouse Management System while ensuring proper labeling and storage of materials. Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling.
• Familiarity with WMS and RF scanning devices is preferred.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against documents and records.
• Inspect inbound shipments for damages, shortages, and incorrect items.
• Perform receiving transactions in the WMS accurately.
• Label, segregate, and store materials per requirements.
• Report discrepancies to the Supervisor promptly.
• Verify product descriptions, quantities, lot numbers, and expirations when applicable.
• Pick, check, pack, and stage materials for shipment and prepare dispatch documents.
