Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• With 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Licensed Engineer is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and MS Office skills.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule; preferably residing in Santa Rosa Laguna or nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate and shut down process related equipment. Must be able to work independently on new process development as well as troubleshooting current production issues.
• Monitor and report injection molds issues, make recommendations for refurbishment based on production factors such as cycles, process capability and tooling history.
• Develop new processes, assess and document new and existing processes. Implement and evaluate changes in existing process design to improve product quality, productivity and overall equipment efficiency.
• Develop and maintain process documentation ensuring that processes and procedures are clearly stated and understandable for all employees.
• Generate production report for machine trouble, improvement, environment and safety concerns.
• Analysis of defects and process related issues and to make necessary corrective and preventive activities.
• Provide technical leadership to Technicians, Operators and OJT's
• Conduct orientation to newly hired employees regarding the process.
