Job summary

Lazada Group in the Philippines is looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to nurture and manage relationships with valued sellers, resolve issues, and promote Lazada programs. You will drive adoption of platform tools and solutions, while supporting seller growth through on-site visits and collaborative problem-solving.

You will coordinate with internal teams, monitor performance metrics, and tailor approaches to maximize seller success on our marketplace.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of negotiations and relationship management.
• Ability to build rapport with assigned Key Accounts in a sub-category.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
• Proactive problem-solving with a customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness to travel for on-site seller visits.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace dynamics (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for sellers to address concerns related to programs, sponsored solutions, campaigns, or logistics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to find effective solutions and ensure prompt resolution.
• Monitor seller performance metrics and identify areas for improvement with growth plans.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to seller locations to strengthen relationships and gain insights.
• Present and promote platform features and programs to drive adoption and engagement.
• Provide training and guidance to sellers on platform tools and best practices.
