Job summary

KWS Vegetables in Guadalajara, Jalisco seeks a Trial Development Specialist to lead and manage field trials across diverse markets. You will design trial plans, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with RPM, sales and product teams to translate results into actionable product improvements.

Ideal candidates hold a B.S. in Agronomy or related field, are comfortable with travel up to 70%, and have strong English skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or Horticulture is required.
Willingness to travel up to 70% nationally and internationally.
Experience in the vegetable seed industry is preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Managing and conducting field trials in the assigned territory, independently or with distributors/agents, in line with the crop trial plan and in coordination with RPM.
Trial plan design, execution, data collection, analysis, reports with the use of tools like Mercado.
Support the Product Manager in proposing Product Life Cycle advancements based on trial data.
Part of the team, together with sales, breeding, RPM, collecting information about market, customers, competitors.
Trial protocol design and improvement.
Product performance trials and data collection to determine the added value of new varieties.
Quantitative and qualitative evaluation of trials, collection of data, analysis and reports.
