Enza Zaden in the Philippines seeks a Trial Specialist to plan, execute and evaluate local screening trials for one or more crops. You will own trial locations, coordinate with Breeding and external screening sites, and ensure data is collected, stored, and analyzed according to company protocols.

You thrive in a practical, precise role, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing and Breeding teams while upholding quality and phytosanitary standards.

Qualificações

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science or related course.
• Experienced and knowledgeable of the assigned crop.
• Able to work in South Luzon area.
• Affinity with crop cultivation and growers.
• Proficient in English and the local language, Philippines, both written and verbal.
• Communicate clearly.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple trial locations.

Responsabilidades

• Execution of a local trial plan.
• Planning and organization of screening trials in cooperation with Breeding including selection of external screening locations and organization of seed samples.
• Administration, collection and evaluation of trial data in Enza Zaden administration systems and formats.
• Responsible for following the relevant protocols of the 3rd parties to guarantee local quality and phytosanitary compliance of the trials.
• Timely reporting of results of research and commercial variety trials to various stakeholders within the Commercial and Breeding organization.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or related field
