Job summary

Enza Zaden is seeking a Trial Specialist in the Philippines to drive local trial plans, organize screening trials with Breeding, and manage data collection and reporting. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Breeding teams to ensure accurate trials and timely results.

The role emphasizes outdoor trial management, precision, and teamwork, with responsibility for registration, organization, and evaluation of screening trials at selected grower locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or related field.
• Experienced and knowledgeable about the assigned crop.
• Able to work in South Luzon area.
• Affinity with crop cultivation and growers.
• Proficient in English and the local language, Philippines, both written and verbal.
• Clear communication, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple trial locations.

Responsibilities

• Execute a local trial plan.
• Plan and organize screening trials with Breeding, including selection of external locations and seed samples.
• Administer, collect and evaluate trial data in Enza Zaden systems.
• Ensure adherence to protocols of third parties for local quality and phytosanitary compliance.
• Timely reporting of results to stakeholders within Commercial and Breeding.
