Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering or IT.
• 1–3 years in technical support or IT helpdesk.
• Experience with access control and biometrics systems.
• Able to provide first-level remote support via telephone.
• Willing to travel for customer support and field assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for enterprise security and ELV solutions across pre-sales, project implementation, commissioning, after-sales service, helpdesk support, and field service.
• Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, commission, and maintain CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Fire Alarm, and other security systems.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including TOR, BOQ, SLD, shop drawings, as-built plans, manuals, and service reports.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators, Project Delivery, Customer Support, suppliers, and internal teams to support project implementation and demonstrations.
• Monitor progress, helpdesk ticket status, and Power Automate Helpdesk workflows, ensuring proper handling of tools, materials, and customer concerns.
