Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Public Safety, Business Administration, or a highly related field.
• Equivalency Track: 10 years senior leadership in private security or 10 years commissioned officer with private sector security experience.
• Certifications: BOSH, CPP, PSP, or CSM designations.
• Demonstrated success designing large-scale security frameworks across multi-site ecosystems.
• Proven experience managing multi-agency guard deployments across distinct operational setups.
• Deep experience interfacing with government regulatory enforcement branches like PNP, BFP, and city inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Security Governance & System Design – Develop and standardize security systems, policies, and SOPs for access control, visitor screening, material movement, and executive protection.
• Infrastructure Automation & Asset Protection – Oversee CCTV, biometric access control, and alarm systems; draft technical specs for new hardware upgrades and vendor guidance.
• Crisis Management & Institutional Resilience – Create disaster response plans, run drills, lead incident response and investigations; develop security training programs.
• Security Vendor Management – Oversee contracts and vendor performance; optimize costs while ensuring coverage.
• Regulatory Compliance – Coordinate with government agencies and law enforcement to maintain legal and safety standards.
