Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Country Security Manager, Market Security Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Established network of security contacts across government, law enforcement, and private-sector security organizations.
• Proven experience managing physical security systems and employee safety programs.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and engage cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead security planning: assess risks, develop contingency plans, and partner with leaders to implement policies.
• Oversee security operations: protect assets, manage risk assessments, and deploy security procedures and incident responses.
• Lead crisis management, investigation, and travel risk: coordinate responses, support leadership, and work with authorities.
• Foster security awareness and stakeholder collaboration across site leaders to strengthen security ownership.
