Job summary

Qualfon in Cebu, Philippines seeks an experienced Security Manager to oversee the company’s security operations and protect staff and assets. You will plan, implement, and supervise daily security activities, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with internal and external security standards.

The role requires CSP certification, a bachelor’s degree in Criminology or related field, and at least 5 years in security operations management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Criminology equivalent.
• Certified Security Professional (CSP) required.
• 5+ years in security operations management.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, investigations, and intelligence gathering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations to protect employees and assets.
• Lead the physical security team and audits; monitor staffing and training.
• Coordinate with vendors and agencies for process implementation.
• Develop, communicate and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Plan security for internal and external events and executive visits.
• Ensure compliance with SOC2, PCI, client and government audits.
