Job summary

Subic Bay Dev't Industrial Estate Corp. (SUDECO) is seeking a Security Guard to help protect gym premises and guest areas in Taguig City. The role includes greeting members, monitoring access, performing routine patrols, and responding to incidents in accordance with established protocols.

Employment is direct, full-time with a 180-day probation and a rotating 8-hour day/night schedule, six days per week. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, may benefit from a Padre/SOS

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School graduate.
• Valid Security License (Padre/SOS) is an advantage.
• Previous experience in gym, retail, or commercial setting preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor gym premises, entrances, and exits to maintain a secure environment.
• Greet members and guests professionally while monitoring visitor access.
• Conduct routine patrols around the facility and locker rooms.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances following proper protocol.
• Monitor security cameras and report suspicious activities or hazards to management.
• Assist with general facility upkeep and crowd control during peak hours or events.

Job description

Work Location: Tuktukan, Taguig City (about 2 minutes from Vista Mall Taguig)

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 8 hours day and night, shifting schedule

Employment Type: Direct Hiring / Full-Time (Probationary for 180 days, followed by regularization)
