Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a Security Personnel to maintain the safety, security, peace, and order of the Station, its personnel, facilities, equipment, and properties.

You will conduct hourly patrols, perform regular inspections, check doors and exits, and monitor restricted areas to prevent unauthorized entry. Stay alert and promptly report suspicious persons, incidents, or hazards to management and assist during emergencies.

Qualifications

• College level or higher required.
• 2–3 years experience in security operations or similar.
• Able to perform regular patrols and extended standing/walking.
• Must be alert, responsible, trustworthy, disciplined and reliable.
• Good observation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Able to stay calm during emergencies.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including 12-hour duties.
• Security license/certification or relevant training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety, security, peace, and orderliness of the Station.

• Check doors, windows, gates, and exits to ensure they are properly secured.
• Monitor restricted areas, including Electrical, Locker, Storage Rooms, Staff House, and Sales Office.
• Prevent and report any unauthorized or unlawful entry.
• Stay alert and immediately report suspicious persons, activities, or incidents.
• Assist Station personnel during emergencies, accidents, and calamities.
• Respond promptly to security and safety concerns.
• Report incidents, hazards, and security breaches to management.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times.
