Job summary

Subic Bay Development Industrial Estate Corp. (SUDECO) in Taguig seeks a diligent janitorial/utility staff to support clean and safe facilities. The role covers cleaning duties, pantry upkeep, and basic repairs on site, with a 180-day probation and direct hire for full-time employment.

You will work 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week, in a fast-paced environment, reporting hazards and maintaining hygiene standards while delivering courteous service to members and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational course graduate.
• At least six (6) months of relevant janitorial, utility, or maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of minor repairs and maintenance.
• Trustworthy, honest, hardworking, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, dust, wash windows to keep workout areas, courts, and office spaces clean.
• Wash dishes, clean pantry, sanitize restrooms, and replenish toiletries.
• Collect and dispose of trash daily; report damaged equipment, leaks, spills, and hazards.
• Assist members and guests with cleaning requests promptly and professionally.
• Run errands for pantry or office supplies and handle office food pickups.
• Adhere to company policies and safety rules; report untoward incidents.

Work Location: Tuktukan, Taguig City (about 2 minutes from Vista Mall Taguig)

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 8 hours day and night, shifting schedule

Employment Type: Direct Hiring / Full-Time (Probationary for 180 days, followed by regularization)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, dust, and wash windows to keep workout areas, courts, and office spaces clean, hazard-free, and orderly.

• Wash dishes, clean and organize the pantry, sanitize restrooms, and ensure all essential toiletries and hygiene supplies are consistently replenished.

• Collect and dispose of trash daily, while reporting damaged equipment, leaks, spills, and safety hazards for prompt resolution.

• Assist members and guests with cleaning requests promptly, respecting their privacy and maintaining a polite, professional attitude at all times.

• Perform messengerial duties, make emergency purchases for pantry or office supplies, and pick up food for the office as directed.

• Adhere strictly to company policies, safety rules, and ethical standards, while reporting untoward incidents and handling additional assigned tasks.

Job Qualifications:
