Job summary

Honda Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Security Service Associate to support day-to-day administration and coordination of security operations.

You will work with security service providers, internal departments, CCTV operators, and government agencies to help ensure the safety of Honda’s people, facilities, and assets. Key responsibilities include coordinating with providers, monitoring training and licenses, and preparing security and incident reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course (Business Admin, Criminology, Security Management, or related field an advantage).
• 1-2 years of experience in administration, operations, security, facilities, or related functions.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with security providers and monitor performance and compliance.
• Monitor training, licenses, certifications, and other requirements.
• Prepare and maintain security, incident, and operational reports.
