Offshore 247 Outsourcing OPC is hiring a CCTV & Alarm Monitoring Operator for an office-based role in Pampanga, Philippines. You will monitor alarm queues, review CCTV footage, assess situations, and escalate incidents as needed from a multi-site security operation.

The role requires alertness, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple systems with strong English communication. Shift work, including nights and holidays, is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in CCTV monitoring, alarm monitoring or security operations.
• Experience in desk-based monitoring or control room environments preferred over site-only CCTV roles.
• Comfortable with multiple systems, screens and software platforms.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarm queues across multiple sites.
• Review live/recorded CCTV footage to verify incidents.
• Assess situations and decide actions.
• Escalate events to clients or authorities as required.
• Contact clients by phone when incidents occur.
• Maintain accurate incident logs and notes.
• Monitor multiple camera feeds simultaneously.

About the Role

We are hiring CCTV & Alarm Monitoring Operators to support security operations across multiple sites in Australia. This role involves monitoring alarm queues, reviewing live CCTV footage, assessing situations, and escalating incidents to clients or emergency services when required.

This is a fast-paced, decision-based role suited to individuals who are alert, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple systems and screens.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming alarm queues across multiple sites
• Review live and recorded CCTV footage to verify incidents
• Assess situations and determine appropriate action
• Escalate events to clients, security personnel, or authorities as required
• Contact clients by phone when incidents occur
• Maintain accurate incident logs and notes
• Monitor multiple camera feeds simultaneously
• Work within a 24/7 rotating shift roster

Requirements

• 1 years experience in CCTV monitoring, alarm monitoring, security operations, or similar role
• Experience in desk-based monitoring, control room, or alarm-queue environments preferred over site-only CCTV roles
• Comfortable working with multiple systems, screens, and software platforms
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making ability
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Degree or diploma preferred (any field)

Advantageous (but not required)

• Experience in CCTV surveillance or alarm monitoring environments
• Experience in security, monitoring centres, or incident response roles
• Experience handling high-volume alert queues
• Familiarity with video management systems, access control systems, or alarm platforms
