Job summary

Ihg, L.c. is seeking a Security Engineering (SecEng) & Data Security Project Manager in the Philippines to drive program execution and align multiple teams across vendors and stakeholders.

You will maintain visibility of milestones, manage dependencies, and report progress to senior leadership while coordinating across global time zones and ensuring timely decisions and issue resolution. The role requires PMP or equivalent certification and a Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Drive prioritization and track deliverables across dependency-heavy workstreams.
• Maintain end-to-end visibility with status reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and resolve blockers.
• Manage vendor and partner cadences and onboarding progress.
• Track user and technical issues and ensure follow-up and adoption.
• Coordinate core technical dependencies and readiness activities.
• Capture decisions, risks, and action items and ensure accountability.
• Support documentation development and workflow coordination.
• Drive follow-up to keep requests visible and actioned.
