Job summary

Inchcape is seeking a Security Engineering Technical Lead in the Philippines to drive deployment and optimization of technical security controls. You will partner with Security Architects, SOC, and Threat teams to ensure robust defenses while aligning with security standards and GRC requirements.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with IT Operations to minimize business impact, and produce operational reports. A bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in cybersecurity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity operations or engineering.
• Experience with EDR/XDR, SIEM, SOAR, and IAM/PAM.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy new technical security controls.
• Operate day-to-day security tools and platforms.
• Threat-focused optimization of security controls.
• Troubleshoot incidents with IT Operations teams.
• Mentor junior security engineers and document processes.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and risk governance.
