Job Summary

The Security Officer is responsible for the overall security and safety coordination of assigned residential projects. The role will focus on site security inspections, guard monitoring, access control, incident reporting, and coordination with project teams to help protect company properties, construction materials, employees, contractors, residents, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the implementation of security policies and procedures across assigned subdivision project sites.

• Conduct regular site inspections and identify security risks, vulnerabilities, and areas requiring corrective action.

• Monitor the deployment, attendance, appearance, conduct, and performance of security guards.

• Coordinate with third-party security agencies regarding guard-related concerns and site requirements.

• Ensure proper implementation of access controls for employees, contractors, visitors, vehicles, equipment, and construction materials.

• Monitor the entry and exit of construction materials, tools, equipment, and other company assets.

• Assist in preventing theft, unauthorized access, property damage, trespassing, and other security incidents.

• Respond to and document security incidents and conduct initial fact-finding or investigation as required.

• Prepare incident reports, inspection reports, and regular security updates for Management.

• Check security facilities and controls, including guard posts, CCTV, perimeter fencing, gates, lighting, and access points.

• Coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Property Management, and other site personnel on security concerns.

• Coordinate with barangay officials, local police, and emergency responders when necessary.

• Assist in implementing emergency response, evacuation, and other site safety and security procedures.

• Recommend practical measures to improve security conditions at assigned project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Security Management, Public Safety, or a related field.

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in security operations, preferably in subdivisions, construction sites, real estate developments, warehouses, or similar environments.

• Experience in supervising or monitoring security guards is preferred.

• Must be willing to conduct regular fieldwork and travel between multiple project sites in Rizal.

• Willing to work on-site and respond to security concerns when necessary.
