Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. in Cavite seeks a Safety and Security Personnel to maintain the safety, security, peace, and orderliness of the Station, its personnel, facilities, equipment, and properties.

Responsibilities include hourly patrols and regular inspections, checking doors and exits, monitoring restricted areas, preventing unauthorized entry, and reporting incidents to management. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in security, is alert, disciplined, can work 12-hour shifts, and holds a security

Qualifications

• At least college level.
• 2-3 years experience in security operations.
• Capable of regular patrols and extended standing/walking.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including 12-hour duty.
• Security license/certification or relevant training is an advantage.
• Good observation, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety, security, peace, and orderliness of the Station.
• Conduct hourly patrols and regular inspections of the premises.
• Check doors, windows, gates, and exits to ensure they are properly secured.
• Monitor restricted areas, including Electrical, Locker, Storage Rooms, Staff House, and Sales Office.
• Prevent and report any unauthorized or unlawful entry.
• Stay alert and immediately report suspicious persons, activities, or incidents.
• Assist Station personnel during emergencies, accidents, and calamities.
• Respond promptly to security and safety concerns.
• Report incidents, hazards, and security breaches to management.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times.
