Develop, implement, and continuously improve security, loss prevention, and asset protection strategies across warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and retail operations.
Oversee security risk assessments and preventive measures for the Cebu branch to minimize theft, fraud, violence, vandalism, and other security risks.
Oversee physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, alarms, and visitor management, to protect company assets and personnel.
Drive loss prevention initiatives to reduce shrinkage through investigations, inventory analysis, compliance audits, and effective anti-theft measures.
Lead investigations into security incidents, theft, fraud, policy violations, and other breaches, coordinating with law enforcement and regulatory authorities when required.
Develop, implement, and manage emergency preparedness, business continuity, and crisis response plans, including fire safety, natural disasters, and other critical incidents.
Partner with Human Resources on background checks, internal investigations, and disciplinary cases involving security concerns.
Ensure that third-party contractors, logistics providers, suppliers, and vendors comply with the company's security standards and operational protocols.
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Legal, and senior leadership to strengthen security governance, reduce risk, and support business goals.
Monitor security performance through audits, incident reports, and key metrics, providing actionable recommendations and regular updates to executive management.
Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations, industry standards, and company policies on security, safety, and asset protection.
Graduate of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA).
Former military officer with strong leadership, discipline, and operational security expertise.
At least 5–10 years of managerial experience in corporate security, preferably within warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site operations.
Proven experience in security operations, intelligence, risk assessment, loss prevention, investigations, crisis management, and developing and implementing security and safety policies and procedures.
Proven success leading and managing security teams across multiple sites while driving compliance and operational excellence.
Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and incident response capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Must be willing to be permanently based in Mandaue City, Cebu, and undergo several months of training at the company's Head Office in Makati City before deployment.
Fluent in Cebuano (Bisaya), both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders.
