Job summary

Acquire Intelligence, a global outsourcer, seeks a Secured Loans Liaison Officer to manage secured lending referrals from qualification through settlement. You will serve as the central contact for sales teams, clients and lending partners, coordinating assessment, due diligence, and indicative offers.

In this role you will handle loan coordination, lender relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams, ensuring timely submissions and accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience in secured lending, mortgage processing, loan coordination or financial services.
• Knowledge of ABNs, ACNs, property security, equity and LVR concepts.
• Ability to review financial records and prepare assessment summaries.
• Strong numerical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality management.
