Job summary

Acquire.AI is hiring a Secured Loans Liaison Officer in Quezon City to manage secured lending referrals from qualification to settlement. You will coordinate with sales teams, clients and lending partners, handling assessment, due diligence, indicative offers and application coordination.

The role requires experience in secured lending, strong numerical and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in secured lending or mortgage processing.
• Ability to review financial records and prepare assessment summaries.
• Knowledge of ABNs, ACNs, property security, equity and LVR concepts.
• Strong numerical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
