Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Secured Loans Liaison Officer in Manila to manage LoansOne's secured lending referrals from initial qualification to settlement. You will be the central contact for the internal sales team, clients and lending partners, coordinating assessments, due diligence and submissions to drive timely approvals.

The ideal candidate brings proven secured lending or mortgage processing experience, strong English communication, and the ability to maintain a precise referral

Qualifications

• Proven experience in secured lending or mortgage processing.
• Ability to review financial documents and assess risk.
• Strong written and verbal English with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Qualify referrals and manage pipeline with clear ownership.
• Perform initial due diligence on ABN/ACN holders.
• Prepare and communicate indicative loan offers to clients and partners.
• Liaise with lenders and internal teams for submissions and updates.
• Coordinate document collection and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain CRM records and generate activity reports.
• Progress referrals to settlement with clear milestones and deadlines.
