Job summary

South Asialink Finance Corporation is seeking a diligent candidate to support loan consultants, review loan applications, monitor endorsements to credit investigators, and handle client inquiries.

You will assist in marketing efforts, recruit loan consultants, manage tagging in the Loan Management System, and prepare daily reports for Trans-In, Trans-Out, Holds and Pending accounts in a busy branch setting in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Reviews the loan application and completeness of documents submitted by client before endorsing to credit investigator
• Monitors the status of loan applications and documents endorsed to credit investigator
• Assists and supports loan consultants in their marketing efforts/campaigns
• Recruits and sources potential Loan Consultants.
• Responsible in tagging of name of new loan consultants in the Loan Management System
• Facilitates unlocking requests of other affiliated companies through online or facsimile
• Ensures proper distribution and posting of all advertising or promotional materials of the branch
• Prepares Daily Report of Trans-In, Trans-Out, Hold and Pending Accounts
• Requests renewal commission for loan consultants with released accounts
• Handles customer/client’s inquiries through telephone, e-mail or walk-in
• Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
