• Helping borrowers understand their loan terms, such as interest rates and payment schedules
• Processing loan applications, including collecting and verifying documentation
• Reviewing loan applications to determine whether they meet minimum standards for approval
• Helping borrowers apply for loans by providing them with information about the application process
• Serve as the primary point of contact for loan applicants, providing them with information about loan products, eligibility requirements, and application processes
• At least 1 year experience in loans processing, client management, customer relation and business development
• Good in oral and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Collections or Financial account background
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel
