Job summary

The position associated with key suppliers such as Everlight and Liteon spans locations including China, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply planning based on indicators like sales forecasts and production data.
• Analyze and report on KPIs, recommending actions for deviations.
• Develop supplier forecasts and determine logistics with suppliers.
• Double-check available materials and parts in stock against order plans.
• Execute load balancing calculations with other plants.
• Plan monthly or weekly production programs for assigned plants.
• Calculate and deploy short-term production plans for resources.

Job description

Planning Team Responsibilities

• Managing or completing supply planning based on a number of indicators (sales forecast, orders, production data).
• Analyzing, controlling and reporting on relevant KPIs, detecting plan deviations, and deriving recommendations.
• Developing supplier forecasts and determining logistical processes with suppliers.
• Analyzing order plans and critical timelines, double‑checking available materials, parts or products in stock.
• Executing load balancing calculations, and cooperating with other plants for optimized plans.
• Planning of monthly or weekly production program for the assigned plant(s).
• Calculating and deploying short‑term (day‑to‑day) production plans for assigned production resources.

Manager Responsibilities

• Oversees order status, planning and forecasts for production or logistic processes for a single plant or warehouse.
• Coordinates planning and ordering of parts, materials or semi‑products needed, transportation and stocking resources.
• Oversees all planning operations, in cooperation with local Warehouse or Production Management.
• Ensures accurate administration of all relevant order documents and acts as escalation point for clarifying planning issues.
• Position is for Subcon Planning manager for Everlight, Liteon, Dominant, Brightek and Novosense at locations in China, Malaysia and Thailand.
