Job summary

NHK SPRING PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a production planning professional to analyse line and plant capacities and update production processes in line with customer requirements.

The role involves monitoring raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventories to ensure timely delivery, planning manpower and equipment, and coordinating with production supervisors to optimize schedules while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyses, determines and reviews line and plant capacities and prepares and updates production process.
• Monitor status of raw materials inventory, in-process production, and finished goods for delivery.
• Determine manpower, equipment as well as raw materials requires to cover production demand
• Plans and reviews optimum workflow for each product making sure each operation meets quality standards.
• Monitors production status per customer order against plan and schedule; resolves scheduling issues to expedite orders.
• Ensures all sections are aware of production status and assists supervisors in managing schedules.
