Job summary

PrimeSearch Service Provider Corporation in Cavite is seeking a warehouse receiving clerk to count, verify, scan, and log incoming items, ensuring accurate records against PO receipts and invoices. You will label and wrap pallets, track container arrivals, and keep the receiving area clean, safe, and fully stocked for daily operations.

This role supports efficient warehouse intake and accuracy in daily processing.

Responsibilities

• Count and Verify: Accurately count incoming items and check them against Purchase Order Receipts and invoices.
• Scan and Log: Scan items into the system, noting down barcodes, total quantities delivered, and expiration dates.
• Label and Wrap: make sure every pallet has the correct label, and hand-wrap merchandise properly before it goes to the selling area.
• Track Containers: Record arrival and unloading dates for container numbers and send tracking lists to the tracking officer.
• Maintain the Area: Keep the receiving area clean, safe, and organized, and ensure that supplies are always sufficient for daily operations.
