Job summary

AMB Manpower Corporation is seeking a Receiving Assistant to handle daily inbound deliveries, ensure accuracy against orders, and maintain organized stock levels in the warehouse. The role requires strict adherence to company processes and close collaboration with warehouse staff and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will manage inventory records, support reporting, and help sustain clean and orderly storage areas in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and TIN numbers are required.
• NBI clearance valid for at least 5 months.
• Vaccination against Covid-19 (1st and 2nd dose) is required.
• PSA/Diploma is needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries from suppliers and check items against purchase orders or delivery receipts.
• Inspect products for damages, shortages, or incorrect items.
• Record and update inventory of incoming stocks.
• Organize and store items in the proper storage area or warehouse.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the stockroom.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team, inventory staff, and suppliers.
• Prepare reports of received items and inventory updates.
• Follow company procedures for receiving and handling goods.
