Job summary

Full Chance Philippines Inc. is seeking a warehouse/inventory professional to manage receiving, storage, and release of materials and finished goods. You will handle ERP-based transactions, conduct counts, and ensure accurate documentation in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and a willingness to perform a variety of warehouse duties with attention to safety and organization.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience using an ERP system is an advantage.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Knowledge of receiving, issuing, inventory, and delivery processes.
• Forklift training or NC II certification is an advantage.
• Physically fit and willing to perform warehouse duties.
• Organized, responsible and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and record incoming raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Prepare and release materials and finished goods for delivery or production requirements.
• Perform inventory transactions and update records in the ERP system.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and check delivery and warehouse documents.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Support loading, unloading, and other warehouse activities.
• Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned.
