Job summary

S&R Membership Shopping is seeking a Warehouse Receiving Clerk to accurately count and note incoming items, scan against POs, and log quantities. You will label pallets, wrap merchandise, and relay tracking details to the tracking officer.

Qualifications

• At least college level or vocational level.
• 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or receiving operations preferred.
• Knowledgeable in inventory control and documentation procedures.
• Ability to inspect and verify incoming deliveries against PO/invoices.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel / inventory systems).
• Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Counts and notes down items accurately.
• Scans each item if linked with the system and if matched with the Purchase Order Receipt.
• Lists down bar code number, expiration date and total quantity delivered.
• Fills out BINTAG completely and ensures that each pallet is properly labeled.
• Uses approved S&R pallet and ensures proper hand wrap of merchandise before releasing it to the selling area.
• Records arrival and unloading date of container number and sends tracking list to tracking officer.
• Ensures supplies are sufficient for receiving use.
• Maintains cleanliness inside receiving area and maintains grooming standards.
• Attends splinter meeting and cross trains in all receiving functions.
• Practices courteousness and proper decorum as per Code of Conduct and SOPs.
• Ensures punctuality at all times.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned by supervisor or duty manager.
