Job summary

PRIMESEARCH SERVICE PROVIDER CORPORATION is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse receiving staff in Marikina, Philippines. You will count and verify incoming items against PO receipts and invoices, log items with barcodes, quantities, and expiration dates, label and wrap pallets, track container arrivals, and maintain a clean, well-stocked receiving area.

Applicants should be reliable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and ensure accurate records for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Count and Verify: Accurately count incoming items and check them against Purchase Order Receipts and invoices.
• Scan and Log: Scan items into the system, noting down barcodes, total quantities delivered, and expiration dates.
• Label and Wrap: make sure every pallet has the correct label, and hand-wrap merchandise properly before it goes to the selling area.
• Track Containers: Record arrival and unloading dates for container numbers and send tracking lists to the tracking officer.
• Maintain the Area: Keep the receiving area clean, safe, and organized, and ensure that supplies are always sufficient for daily operations.
