Nezda Technologies, Inc. in Northgate, Alabang is seeking a customer service associate to handle inbound credit card calls, resolve inquiries on new accounts, and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include C1-level English, at least 2 years in college, willingness to work night shifts and a hybrid setup; no BPO experience required. Salary ₱20,000-₱22,000 + ₱2,000 allowance; Seasonal bonus up to ₱20,000.
