Job summary

Surbana Jurong, a leading global engineering and development consultancy, seeks a Coordinator to assist in managing selected GT projects across SEA and the Pacific region. The role supports Project Managers, Regional Lead, and Operations Manager to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables in accordance with TOR.

The candidate will help with opportunity assessments, project compliance documentation, and administrative tasks, contributing to ongoing regional project success and housing/travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of practical experience in general operations, project management and business development.
• Experience in Multinational Engineering industry is an advantage.
• High level communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to write effectively in English to furnish reports and to prepare business development materials including proposals.
• Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in opportunity assessment preparations, BMS compliance forms, and creating opportunity codes.
• Update the pursuit and related records.
• Assist Project Directors and Project Managers on project compliance documentation for SEA and Pacific projects.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain quality, timeliness, and coordination of deliverables.
• Support regional management in corporate and administrative tasks.
• May assist in setting up new regional projects in consultation with Regional/Functional Manager.
