Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program - Marketing (South East Asia) in the Philippines seeks a proactive student to support campaigns, content creation and community growth. You will work hands-on from strategy to measurement, exploring new content ideas and coordinating across teams.

Responsibilities include growing local social channels, moderating forums, managing events, and assisting with influencer relationships. English fluency and strong organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in degree programme such as Communications, Marketing or Business.
• Strong interest in community management with hands-on experience from clubs or groups.
• Experience helping with community initiatives (forum, ambassador program, events or social channels).
• Experience planning online/offline events, ideally with a student or volunteer team.
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency/Web3 trends; curiosity is a plus.
• Willingness to engage with crypto community outside standard hours.
• Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners.
• Strong organisation and proactive deliverables mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns from strategy to measurement with a hands-on approach.
• Develop new content, channels, creatives for experimentation and growth.
• Grow and manage local communities via social channels and content marketing.
• Moderate local forums and chat groups to boost engagement.
• Identify avenues to build community and manage KOL/affiliates.
• Design and implement incentive programs to promote growth.
• Coordinate with BD/Marketing, leads, and market research teams.
• Brainstorm and implement online/offline events and concepts.
• Manage budgeting, invoicing, vendors, and program finance.
