Job summary

Binance in the Philippines is seeking a student-friendly Community Marketing role to support the company’s global ecosystem. You will contribute to hands-on marketing campaigns, content creation, and community growth across social channels while coordinating with cross-functional Binance teams.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in a relevant degree and has demonstrated experience with online communities, events, and social media platforms.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrated interest in community management with hands-on experience from student groups, campus clubs, or volunteer projects.

Responsibilities

Execute all marketing efforts with a hands-on approach across integrated campaigns and measurement of performance.
Create and test new content, channels, creatives and ideas for acquisition growth.
Grow and manage the community across Local Social Channels, increasing reach, engagement and conversion.
Moderate local forums, social platforms and chat groups to engage with the community.
Identify avenues to build community, JOL/Affiliates management.
Design and implement incentive programs to promote engagement and growth.
Coordinate cross‑department collaboration between Angels and Binance teams (BD, Marketing, leads, research, data requests).
Brainstorm and implement online/offline event plans and concepts.
Manage budgeting, invoicing, liaising with vendors for events and marketing inventory.
