Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, public holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve KPI's (performance and productivity).
• Communicate with stakeholders either by telephone or electronically.
• Follow Working Instructions / SOP.
• Maintain fluent communication with Team Leader and report activities.
• Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process you are handling.
• Strictly respect Company Guidelines and Policy (Compliance, Attendance, KN Behaviours).
• Perform based systems tasks on time and with accuracy (Timeliness, Productivity, Quality).
• Ensure all tasks are completed by end of working shift.
