Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• 2-3 years logistics background
• Good communication skills
• Basic Knowledge with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Cognitive Skills and Attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Adaptable in a fast-paced industry
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Possessing a positive can-do attitude.
• Work on shifts (weekdays, weekends or public holidays) & overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Monitor and confirm the departure of vessels according to the schedule
• Coordinate with shipping agents, and other relevant parties to ensure all departure requirements are met
• Verify and process all necessary documentation, including CTD no., container no., bills of lading, and export leg bundle key
• Maintain accurate records of vessel departures and related documentation
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on vessel departure status
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to vessel departures promptly
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
